Are these Apple products?
No. The i18 is an Android phone, and Headbuds Pro 3 and Smart Watch Ultra 3 are independent brands. None of them is made by or affiliated with Apple, and each listing says exactly what you get.
When will my preorder ship?
Preorders are dispatched within 3 to 4 weeks of your order, then allow up to 5 to 7 working days for tracked delivery (most arrive sooner). We email your tracking number the day it ships.
Can I cancel a preorder?
Yes. Any time before it ships, for a full refund. Email us with your order number.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer, approved in your own banking app. No card details and no card fees. Prices are in pounds and postage is shown before you pay.
Can I order more than one?
Yes. Add what you want to the basket, or change quantities on the checkout page.
Where do you ship?
The UK only for now. Postage is £4.99, free on orders £50 and over.
Can I return something?
Only if it's unopened, factory-sealed and in its original packaging, and you tell us within 14 days of delivery. You pay return postage. Earbuds can't be returned once the seal is broken, and opened phones or watches are refunded less their loss in value, which can be the full price. Full rules are in our Terms of Sale & Returns.
What if something arrives faulty?
Email tenkay0@protonmail.com with your order number and photos or a video of the fault, within 48 hours of delivery where you can. Don't post anything back until we reply. Damage from drops, liquid or misuse isn't a fault.
